The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) and local law enforcement agencies will increase patrols through Memorial Day. Enforcement efforts will focus on the prevention of traffic accidents due to speeding, intoxication, and distracted driving. The Precinct 2 Constable's Office, with whom the City contracts law enforcement services, will continue to enforce traffic violations during regular and extra patrols in The Hills.
