Today the Mayor and City Council adopted an Ordinance calling for a General Election on November 8, 2022. The election will be held for two year terms for the offices of Mayor and three Councilmembers. Officially the first day to file for a place on the General Election Ballot is July 23, 2022, a Saturday. City offices will be open normal business hours and will begin receiving applications on Monday, July 25, at 7:00 am. The last day to file for a place on the General Election Ballot is August 22, 2022, at 5:00 pm. Polling locations are set by Travis County as the election date nears.
