COURTESY TREE LIMB REMOVAL (FROM THE CURBLINE) STARTS TODAY - FEB 10
The POA and the City have collaborated to find a debris removal solution. LandCare will have their trucks in The Hills beginning today, February 10. We anticipate the removal work will take between 5 and 10 days to complete. LandCare has asked that limbs be stacked next to the road with the trunks all facing the street. Their crew is slowed down when limbs are intertwined in opposing directions. Much of this debris will be run through a wood chipper, so it is helpful if it all faces the same direction.
As a reminder, homeowners will remain responsible for all of the landscaping on their property. It is each homeowners’ responsibility to get their debris to the curb.
All homeowners must get their debris to the curb this weekend to take advantage of this courtesy service. We will not be able to come through at some later date.
The POA and the Village Council anticipate splitting the costs related to this clean-up. This is truly a community effort. Thank you to everyone that has helped.
**The Saturday Brush Pick-Up with 4 cubic yards (bundled) per household will still be happening. There will be no regular bulk pick-up service, tree debris only.
